But I found a simple way to import my Office 2010 2002 Word toolbars into the heinous 2007 that I must use Microsoft Office 2010 Home at work. Each time you startup 2007, it will create a tab called "Add-Ins". There your customized toolbars will appear, consolidated and a bit rearranged to Microsoft Office 2010 fit in ribbon boxes, but with Microsoft Office custom icons and associated macros functionally intact. 2007 will add random boxes of stuff to fill out the Microsoft Office 2010 professional ribbon, but you can easily delete the unwanted junk to avoid having to scroll to your custom toolbar items.
